We would have liked to see greater details in the features/specs department, and we were disappointed that prospective car buyers only get a limited vehicle history through AutoCheck unless they pay for a full history report. When I said that I could not find the same car on the dealer's website, I was told "the car is there, you just need to keep scrolling through." I finally asked if they could just tell me the price because I couldn't find it, I was told "we are not allowed to discuss prices over the phone." I was then told "oh, well if you go to the dealer's website, it will show the actual price." I clicked on the link to the dealer's actual website and did not find the vehicle. I then followed the link with the person on the phone and informed them that there was absolutely no place, through any link that indicated this was a down payment price. When I called to question the price, because it seemed low, I was told it's $1995.00 DOWN, and that if I followed the link, it clearly showed that. The car is listed on Edmunds for $1995.00. Thankfully, I called before driving all the way there.
